7月から県内でワークショップが開催されるほか、2019年度茨城県文化プログラム推進事業「リボーン・アートボール作品コンテスト」も行う。 2009年東京藝術大学美術研究科後期博士課程修了。

中心メンバーは、アーティストの荒神明香、ディレクターの南川憲二、制作統括の増井宏文の3 名。 手つかずの雄大な自然とアートが融合する場所に、ユートピアが広がります。

He was awarded the first prize for he competition held by the former University of Geneva Switzerland in 1993, and the 5th Contemporary Art Foundation Art Award in 1998. 牡鹿半島の先端、海の向こうに金華山が見えるノリ浜で。 She is famous for her works that visualize time by adopting the trails of the presence through objects of everyday items casted by naphthalene, and installations using salt. 2009年、「タイヤ」が写真新世紀佳作賞、翌年「同類」が優秀賞を受賞。 次は震災１０年であることを意識し、半島部で感じた住民との一体感をさらに広げ、地域と来場者が一つになれるものにしたい」と話した。
